GSnap is a voice enhancing software plugin tool that helps singers keep their vocals in tone. The GSnap plugin works with digital audio workstation software tools. Unlike traditional executable software install files, GSnap is a dynamic link library file. The .dll file integrates with the digital audio workstation software by placing it in the directory location of the preinstalled digital audio software.
The interface of GSnap is clean and comfortable to manage, containing three major components, detection, correction, and midi. Under the detection module, users can configure the frequency range to allow GSnap to identify and adjust your voice and the speed at which it is performed.
The correction module gives users the ability to configure how GSnap makes corrections and adjustments to your voice. Users can set the threshold marker before corrections are made, as well as the amount allowed to be adjusted.
There is also an interface to allow users to select the key scale, ranging from major, minor, to chromatic. GSnap includes a visual display of the adjustments made in real-time; red represents the actual voice and green are the adjustments made by the software.
